About
Dr. Lin Deng is a hospitalist for the UCLA Downtown Hospitalist Cohort. He is fluent in Mandarin, and enjoys navigating through complex inpatient medical problems.
Dr. Deng received his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in New York. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. He received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
Dr. Deng enjoys teaching and serves as an attending on the inpatient wards at Olive View-UCLA Medical Center. In addition to teaching, he is also interested in quality improvement and health information technology.
In his spare time, Dr. Deng enjoys hanging out with friends, stargazing, and playing basketball.
